Al Salam Bank would like to announce the opening of receiving nominations for the candidacy of Board of Directors’ membership for a three-year term. Whereby the election process by the Shareholders to elect the Board of Directors will be held through the Annual Ordinary General Meeting planned to be held on 17th of March 2021, in accordance with the Commercial Companies Law of the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Central Bank of Bahrain’s regulations. The Bank would like to invite all the candidates wishing to nominate themselves to fill the Central Bank of Bahrain “Form 3” which can be downloaded by clicking here, and to be sent along with the required documents and information via email to the following email address:

The form and all documents should reach be submitted to the Bank by not later than 4:00 PM, Wednesday 3rd March 2021.

Note:

  1. Form 3 and all documents must be provided to the Bank no later than 4:00 pm (Bahrain time) on Wednesday 3 March 2021.
  2. All applications will be studied by the Nomination Remuneration Committee of the Bank and then will be presented to the Central Bank of Bahrain for review and approval of the list of Candidates eligible for the elections.
  3. Candidates’ names and details will be published on the Bahrain Bourse website at least five days prior to the date of the General Assembly Meeting.
