The forum will bring together a global roster of renowned international speakers from the HR world. They will draw upon their global experience to share their insights on the new realities ushered in by recent developments such as the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, exploring how these can be turned into opportunities. Sessions will cover a wide range of topics, including transforming the HR processes the Lean Six Sigma Way, virtual team management, governance at workplace and team development in the digital era. Commenting on the event, Rafik Nayed, Group CEO at Al Salam Bank said “This new partnership is timely. Businesses around the world are dealing with near unprecedented disruption from the combined punch of rapid global digitisation and the most significant global health crisis in living memory.

Naturally, it will fall to HR teams to support their organisations and employees in navigating these new and uncharted waters. In light of this, the HR Disruption Forum will cover the latest global trends and developments shaping the future of human resources, and will highlight the underlying opportunities created by such emerging trends.” Dr. Ahmed Al Shaikh BIBF Director added, “Cutting-edge competency development and knowledge sharing are key to achieving ambitious economic visions and succeeding in economic recovery initiatives.
