Al Salam Bank Application
After downloading the mobile application from the App Store or Google Play, please follow the steps demonstrated in this video.
The CIF number is a unique reference number in Al Salam Bank for each client.
You can find your CIF via the Al Salam Bank application. Click on ‘Login’, select ‘Existing Customer’, enter your CPR number, and your CIF will be sent to your registered mobile number.
The application enables you to:
- View all your Accounts, Cards, and Financing facilities
- Open new Accounts
- Request a new Financing
- Manage cards
- KYC update and security parameters edit
- Manage beneficiaries and execute transfers
- Loyalty Rewards points view and redemption
- Access digital services such as the Fils challenge, Saving Goals, Digital Store, Danat eGifts
- And much more
Yes, you will be able to view your migrated accounts via the application effective 19 December 2022.
No, your migrated account will be automatically activated after the financial migration on 1 January 2023.
Yes, the option to activate a dormant account is available through the Al Salam Bank application.
Kindly visit any branch to update the account authority mandate.
You can submit a request for a salary transfer via the application. Click ‘Menu’ → ‘Salary Transfer to Al Salam Bank’ and follow the steps. Click here for process details.

Your Mudharaba Account has been migrated as a Wakala Account. View it under ‘Investment’ on the main page.
Your 7esabi Account has been migrated as a Savings Account. View it under ‘Accounts’ on the main page.
Your Thimaar Account has been migrated as a Thimaar Account. View it under ‘Accounts’ on the main page.
Yes, click ‘Menu’ → ‘Manage Profile’ to update your information (KYC).
Daily transfer limits:
- Own accounts transfers: Unlimited
- Within bank transfers: BD10,000
- Fawri+ transfers: BD1,000
- Fawri transfers: BD5,000
- International Transfers: BD10,000
Yes, you can amend the transfer limits up to the maximum allowed: BD30,000 for Fawri, BD100,000 for within bank, and international transfers.
Click ‘Accounts’, select the desired account, then click on ‘Statements’.
Click ‘Menu’ → ‘Manage Profile’ to update your mobile number.
