Al Salam Bank announced the signing of an agreement with the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning and Eskan Bank, aimed at providing integrated financing solutions to beneficiaries seeking to own residential units under the \u201cGovernment Land Development Program,\u201d a recently approved initiative designed to enable citizens to purchase off-plan residential units prior to their construction or completion.<\/p>\n
This collaboration comes in line with the ongoing national efforts led by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning to develop the housing ecosystem in the Kingdom of Bahrain, through the introduction of innovative initiatives that offer flexible financing options in cooperation with participating financial institutions, thereby facilitating citizens\u2019 access to suitable housing that meets their needs and aspirations.<\/p>\n
The program will enable Eskan Bank beneficiaries to own residential units within projects developed on government-owned land, while offering the option to purchase off-plan properties. This, in turn, enhances opportunities for early homeownership and provides more diverse and flexible housing solutions, in line with strategic plans aimed at meeting the growing demand for residential units.<\/p>\n
