Al Salam Bank, in collaboration with the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning ,and Eskan Bank, has announced the launch of the \u201cTasheel+\u201d product, a comprehensive financing solution combining the key features of both the \u201cMazaya\u201d and \u201cTasheel\u201d schemes. The product offers financing of up to BD 91,000\/- with flexible contribution options, in a step aimed at delivering more comprehensive financial solutions to citizens under social housing initiatives.<\/p>\n
As part of its commitment to supporting national initiatives and enhancing the benefits of \u201cTasheel+\u201d, Al Salam Bank has introduced a new variant of additional financing under the name \u201cReducing Installment Additional Financing\u201d. This model gradually reduces the installment amount over time in line with the increase in the client\u2019s contribution to \u201cTasheel+\u201d. The new offer enables beneficiaries to access a higher overall financing amount while maintaining stable monthly commitments throughout the financing period.<\/p>\n
