Whereby the election process by the Shareholders to elect the Board of Directors will be held through the Annual Ordinary General Meeting planned to be held on 17th of March 2021, in accordance with the Commercial Companies Law of the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Central Bank of Bahrain\u2019s regulations.
