This is subject to the approval of the Bank&rsquo;s shareholders on the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The proposed distribution is as follow:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cash Dividend: 4% of share nominal value, equivalent to BD 0.004 per share amounting to BD 9.09 million excluding treasury shares.<\/li>\n<li>Bonus Share: 3% of paid-up capital, equivalent to 1 share for every 33 shares held.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Below are the key dates regarding the dividend
