You can replace your card through the following channels:

• Al Salam Bank App
• Al Salam Bank Self-Service Kiosks
• Al Salam Bank branches

Upon re-carding, the old card will be deactivated once the new card is activated, or automatically as follows:

• Renewed card: 30 days after issuance
• App request: 15 days after re-carding (instant virtual card available)
• Kiosk request: Immediate deactivation upon re-carding

You can set your PIN via the Al Salam Bank App or at any Al Salam Bank ATM.

You can activate your card through the Al Salam Bank App or by calling the call center at 17005500.

You can change your PIN via the Al Salam Bank App or at any Al Salam Bank ATM.

Once your PIN is set and the card is activated via an ATM or the mobile app, it is ready for use.

Transaction history on the new card will start fresh. Previous records can be requested at any Al Salam Bank branch.

Your credit balance will be transferred to the new Al Salam Bank card.

Any outstanding balance will be transferred to your new Al Salam Bank card.

SmartPay installment plans will continue without any change.
