Al Salam Bank opened its newest branch on the 13th of June at Al Sayah Square in Busaiteen, marking the Bank’s fourth paperless and fully automated branch in the Kingdom. The opening ceremony was attended by H. E. Shaikh Khalid bin Mustahail Al Mashani, Chairman of the Board of Directors at Al Salam Bank, alongside several members from Al Salam Bank’s Board of Directors and executive management team.

Al Salam Bank announced the launch of its employee training program entitled “Al Salam Bahrain Financial Learning Academy”. In partnership with various prestigious financial institutions in Sudan, and under the guidance of the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance (BIBF), the program will encompass 21 courses and 44 sessions set to take place from the middle of May 2022 to the end of August 2022 through Microsoft Teams.

Al Salam Bank (Bahrain Bourse Trading Code “SALAM”, Dubai Financial Market Trading Code “SALAM_BAH”) announced today net profits attributable to shareholders of BD 6.5 million (US$ 17.3 million) for the first quarter of 2022, compared to BD 6.1 million (US$ 16.1 million) for the same period in 2021, reflecting a robust increase of 7%. Al Salam Bank has announced the launch of its prepaid and credit card campaign for the holy month of Ramadan, giving clients the opportunity to win 100 Bahraini Dinars (BD) daily, simply by using their Al Salam Bank’s credit or prepaid cards to conduct purchases of BD 1 or above, at any grocery store across the Kingdom of Bahrain. The campaign will start on the 1st of April, and end on the 30th of April, 2022.
Al Salam Bank recently opened the first paperless branch in the Kingdom of Bahrain, which provides automated banking services to clients. The opening ceremony was held in the presence of the Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB) representative, Mr. Khalid Al Hamad, Executive Director of Banking Supervision in addition to the Bank’s Board of Directors and Executive Management.
