As part of its commitment to fostering financial awareness and supporting youth, Al Salam Bank recently hosted a delegation of students from the American University of Bahrain (AUBH) to explore practical experiences in converting conventional banking products into Shari’a-compliant solutions.
The program welcomed more than 15 students who participated in diverse sessions led by senior representatives from various departments, including Shari’a Compliance, Legal Affairs, Business Development, and Treasury. The visit also featured a guided tour of the trading floor to observe the bank’s daily operations.
Commenting on the visit, Ms. Muna Albalooshi, Head of Human Resources and Administration at Al Salam Bank, said: “We are proud to support AUBH’s efforts to empower youth and enrich their knowledge.
