Dedicated for building a
robust career succession plan for the Bank. Led by Mr. Ashar Nazim,
Group CEO of Aion Digital, Mr. Murad Ali Murad, Chairman of Bank of
Bahrain and Kuwait (BBK) and Mr. Abdulhakeem Al Khayat, Managing
Director and CEO of KFH
Al Salam Bank (ASBB), the pioneering Shari’a-compliant Bank in the
Kingdom, held 3 training sessions of its exclusive training programme
“Succession Executive Planning & Capacity Building” at the Wyndham
Grand Manama.
The training programme hosted inspirational top tier leaders in banking
and technology sectors as key speakers – Mr. Ashar Nazim, Group CEO of
Aion Digital, Mr. Murad Ali Murad, Chairman of Bank of Bahrain and
Kuwait (BBK) and Mr. Abdulhakeem Al Khayat, Managing Director and CEO of
KFH, who shed lights on their significant journey in their professional
world, and shared their core values, knowledge and insights that will
help future professional leaders to succeed in the economic world and
make a difference within the organization.
On this occasion, Mr. Anwar Murad, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of

Designed in collaboration with The Bahrain Institute of Banking and
Finance (BIBF) and CASS Business School in UK, the training program is
fully dedicated to bridge the technical and leadership gap between the
successor and the predecessor at a workplace and provides ASBB’s future
executives with a range of professional trainings and coaching sessions
across its specialised areas of leadership, critical thinking, mentoring
and inspirational sessions over the course of 1 to 3 years programs.
